THE MAINE REAL ESTATE NETWORK - JORDAN RENTALS is located on Route
114 (Richville Road), on the western shore of Sebago Lake. We are the oldest
family run vacation rental and real estate sales agency in the Sebago / Long
Lake area. The office is owned by Steve & Elaine Titcomb. The cottage
rental and real estate business was started by Dorothy Jordan (Steve's Aunt)
back in the early 50's when she owned Jordan's Store which is next to our
current office. So many people were drawn to the area and inquired about buying
or renting property that she started the business that remains today. Steve's
folks, Chek & Natalie Titcomb bought the property in the early 70's and
it was they who joined ERA and thus became ERA Jordan Realty. In 1997, ERA
Jordan Realty joined forces with Agency 1. In 2011, Agency 1 was bought by The Maine Real Estate Network, the largest independent Real Estate office in the state.
The Maine Real Estate Network is the
largest independent Real Estate offices in the state. With offices in South Portland, Scarborough, Buxton, Standish/Sebago, Waterboro and soon in Windham. We cover Southern Maine from the ocean to the lakes - selling real
estate from York to Brunswick.

through The Maine Real Estate Network, we manage nearly 200 rental cottages on 14 area lakes and ponds,
including Frye Island on Sebago Lake, through our Maine vacation rental agency,
Jordan Rentals. Maine cottage vacation rentals are available by the

Steve is a native
Californian but calls Maine his home. He has lived in Standish and Sebago
since high school. He is a business graduate of The University of Southern
Maine. He has been selling real estate for over 20 years. As a multi-million
dollar producer, Steve was always one of the top 10 ERA agents in the state,
was past president of the Western Maine Board of Realtors, holds both his
GRI and CRS real estate designations; was a director of the real estate ethics
committee and was the 1997 Realtor of the Year of the Western Maine Board.
He and his wife, Elaine, live in Baldwin high on a hill overlooking the White Mountains with their
two cats and dog, Ella. They are outdoor lovers and are avid sailors, hikers and skiers.
Elaine is a native
of Melrose, Massachusetts. She has lived in Maine for nearly 20 years after
vacationing here in Long Beach most of her childhood years. Her background is in marketing,
computer installation and training and she is currently "pecking away"
at a fine arts degree from the University of Southern Maine. Elaine has 10
years experience in the business. Along with assisting Steve and helping
with the rental business, Elaine is the "Marketing Coordinator"
of the team.
Steve and Elaine are also the owners 
and managers of Jordan
Rentals which has been managing rental properties in the Sebago Lakes region since the 1950's when Steve's aunt, Dorothy Jordan, started the business while operating Jordan's Store next door to our office. Then Steve's parents took over the business of selling and renting properties in the area. And since the 1990's Steve and Elaine have been at the helm. With this many years of experience passed down through the family, they have become the most knowledgeable and best informed sales and rental agency in the region. They have a hands on knowledge of the business, and are very familiar with every
